Everyone I interacted with seemed friendly and from what she told me, my mom got along well with the staff. They did appear to offer plenty of activities and interaction for the residents.

I had surgery at Johns Hopkins that required Rehab. Due to the fact that I live in NY, I wasn’t familiar with any facilities in the area. I received a list of choices from the hospital but decided to go with Complete Care at Multi Medical Center upon recommendation from nurses and reviews. Well, I’ve been here 1 month now and I’m so happy with my choice. The wound specialist and PA made me feel relaxed and confident from the first day, that I’d be okay. They went over treatments with the surgeon and have kept the surgeon informed daily.
The nursing staff and all the aides have been wonderful going the extra steps to make sure I’m comfortable. Even the meals are tasty. I’ve been in rehab facilities twice before both in Long Island but this experience far exceeds both of those. I would strongly recommend Complete Care at Multi Medical Center.

I would like to thank the entire staff for treating and caring for me in such an accurate and timely manner. For example, my physical therapist and OT were especially wonderful. My time here has been peaceful. I enjoy my roommates and just focusing on getting better.

Although I have only experienced Complete Care at Multi Medical Center for 2 weeks, I am so happy that this is where my best friend has come, following 8 days at Shock Trauma due to a terrible truck-related accident. It is very difficult to go from being a very active 63-year-old to needing to have constant assistance and not being able to stand on your own feet. Yet, she has felt so cared for, bathed, and changed regularly and often throughout the day. She said she was even cheered on by staff when she was upright in a harness for her shower. This very dear friend deserves this care. Thank you for providing it and please let your staff know how much their positive attitudes make all the difference on a person’s road to recovery.

My 90-year-old uncle was in Complete Care at Multi Medical Center for 4 weeks after he had a bad fall. He received physical and occupational therapy, as well as adequate wound care for 8 injuries he sustained in the fall. That being said, my expectations based on previous experiences with rehab facilities were realistically based. Communication from all the healthcare staff at the facility was great. I would use them again if the need arises.

Fabulous staff! Caring and attentive nurses and aides. They are people who care about their patients. Working in the healthcare field is no easy task, especially in the times of Covid. Complete Care at Multi Medical Center aims to keep everyone safe and healthy. As a family member of a patient who was there, the communication to me from Social Services, nursing and PT were outstanding. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this facility.
